The brand had been selling on amazon for a long time, however they needed to increase their direct sales through their site. Smart Teddy’s landing page was starving for traffic, and their conversion rates were crying out for a cuddle. The website was not SEO friendly and it was lacking user experience.
Smart Teddy faced a big problem: their website wasn’t attracting many visitors, and even fewer were making purchases. This was due to the site being hard to find on search engines and not being user-friendly. They needed a way to draw in more traffic and improve their sales directly from their site, bypassing their usual reliance on Amazon.
To tackle this, we gave Smart Teddy’s website a makeover, starting with the words we used on the landing page to make them more appealing and easy to understand.
We also launched ads aimed at people who were already interested in buying eco-friendly toys, making sure these ads showed up where potential customers spent their time online.
This strategy was about getting the right kind of attention and turning that attention into sales.
